    Q: How do you replace the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor on Chevrolet Express?
    A: To begin the replacement of the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor, unplug the cable from the negative battery terminal. Go on to drain cooling system below sensor level. The ECT sensor position changes with different engine types. For 2014 and earlier 4.3L V6, 4.3L V6 and 5.0L, 5.7L and 7.4L V8 engines, it is situated at the front of the intake manifold to the right of EGR Valve.
