How do you remove and inspect the control arm on the Metro and Sprint?

For the Metro's control arm removal, take out the ball stud bolt, rear bracket, front retaining nut, and then the arm. For the Sprint, remove the ball stud bolt, control arm-to-body bolt, and detach from the sway bar. Inspect the arm for distortion and bushings for wear. Replace a distorted arm. For damaged bushings, use an arbor press for removal and installation. To install, follow removal steps in reverse. If bushings are replaced, check and adjust front wheel alignment.
