    How do you remove and replace the rear hub and bearing assembly on a Buick Skylark,Oldsmobile Omega and Pontiac Phoenix's rear axle? Posted by Customer

    Raise the back of your car and support it on supports. After that, get rid of the wheel along with the drum for breaking. After that, remove bolts attaching hub bearing assembly to rear axle and pull out this assembly. With your finger, spin it around in a circle and feel whether there is any roughness or noise in it. It is important to note that this assembly is a sealed unit and if you need to replace the bearing, you have to replace the whole hub and bearing assembly too. Installation process calls for nothing more than doing reverse removal procedure.
