To replace the front turn signal or parking light bulbs, turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and remove it from the housing, noting that for the left-side bulb, the windshield washer reservoir neck may need to be removed for access. Pull the turn signal bulb straight out of the socket, and installation is the reverse of removal. For fog light bulbs, access them from underneath the bumper cover or through the inner fender liner after raising the front of the vehicle on jackstands. Rotate the bulb socket counterclockwise, pull it out, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the bulb from the socket, and reinstall in reverse order. For front side marker bulbs, remove the inner fender splash shield, disconnect the electrical connector, and remove the bulb holder from the housing before pulling the bulb from the holder, with installation being the reverse of removal. The center-mount brake light, equipped with LED lights, requires working inside the trunk to remove screws, disengage the housing fastener, and for Notch back models, pull down the headliner to access the brake light nuts. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the brake light, with installation being the reverse of removal. For brake tail turn side marker or back-up light bulbs, open the trunk, pry open screw covers, and remove screws before pulling the tail light housing straight back. On Hatchback or Notch back models, open the rear liftgate and remove the access panel to pull the light assembly. Rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise to replace the desired bulb, pull it straight out, and reinstall in reverse order. For license plate light bulbs, on 2015 and earlier models, remove screws securing the lens and light, rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it, and reinstall in reverse order. For 2016 and later models, push the license plate lens towards the outside, pull the right end out, and replace the bulb by pulling it from the socket before sliding the lens back into place. For dome, map/reading, or trunk light bulbs, carefully pry the lens out, pull the bulb from the socket, and reinstall in reverse order.
