    Q:
How do you remove and install outside and inside mirrors on Chevrolet Avalanche,Silverado,Suburban,Tahoe,GMC Sierra,Yukon,Yukon Denali and Yukon XL? Posted by Customer
    A:
To remove the outside side view mirrors, start by removing the door trim panel and upper corner interior trim panel. If the side view mirrors are power mirrors, disconnect the wiring harness before removing the nuts and detaching the side view mirror from the door. To install, simply reverse the removal process. For the inside mirror, disconnect the electrical connector if there are electronic components. Remove the set screw and slide the mirror up off the support base on the windshield. To reattach the support base, use a special mirror adhesive kit and follow the instructions on the package, allowing the base to bond overnight before attaching the mirror.
