    Q:
How to replace the fuel pressure sensor and remove the chassis control module on Chevrolet Express? Posted by Customer
    A:
To replace the fuel pressure sensor, start by relieving the system fuel pressure. Then, raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel pressure sensor and unscrew it from the fuel supply line. Remove the old fuel pressure sensor O-ring and replace it with a new one coated in clean engine oil. Securely tighten the fuel pressure sensor. Before lowering the vehicle, test for leaks by turning the ignition switch key to the ON position for two seconds, then to the OFF position for ten seconds, and finally back to the ON position. Inspect the area around the fuel pressure sensor for leaks. To remove the fuel pump driver module, locate it under the vehicle mounted to the outside of the driver's side frame rail. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel pump driver module and remove the module from its mounting bracket by removing the nut. To install the fuel pump driver module, simply reverse the removal process.

Before lowering, test for leaks by toggling the ignition switch to ON for two seconds, OFF for ten seconds, and back to ON, checking for any leaks around the sensor. For the fuel pump driver module, elevate the vehicle, disconnect its electrical connector, remove three mounting bolts, and extract the module. Reverse the process to install.
