    Q:
How to replace the fuel pressure sensor and fuel pump flow control module on Chevrolet Avalanche,Silverado,Suburban,Tahoe,GMC Sierra,Yukon,Yukon Denali and Yukon XL? Posted by Customer
    A:
To replace the fuel pressure sensor, relieve the fuel system pressure, lift the vehicle onto jackstands, and disconnect the sensor's electrical connector. Unscrew the old sensor, discard its o-ring, and fit a new oiled o-ring onto the new sensor. Reinstall in reverse order, ensuring the sensor is tight. Before lowering, test for leaks by toggling the ignition switch to ON for two seconds, OFF for ten seconds, and back to ON, checking for any leaks around the sensor. For the fuel pump driver module, elevate the vehicle, disconnect its electrical connector, remove three mounting bolts, and extract the module. Reverse the process to install.
