    Q:
How do you remove the rear stabilizer bar, stabilizer bar bushing and stabilizer bar link on Buick LaCrosse? Posted by Customer
    A:
To remove the rear sway bar kit on 2009 and earlier models, loosen the rear wheel lug nuts, remove the rear wheels, and detach the sway bar links from the bar. Remove the sway bar bushing bracket fasteners and pull the brackets off the bar. To install, lubricate the bushings and tighten the sway bar link and bracket fasteners to the proper torque. Install the wheels, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts to the torque specifications. For models with RPO GNE rear suspension, the removal process is similar to the GNC models. Remove the sway bar kit links, bracket bolts, and the sway bar kit. Inspect the sway bar bushings and replace them if necessary. The installation process involves lubricating the bushings, replacing suspension fasteners, and tightening them to the specified torque. Finally, tighten the wheel lug nuts to the torque specifications.
