A: To start removing the driveaxle/hub, loosen the driveaxle/hub nut and also the wheel lug nuts. After that, raise vehicle and securely support it with jackstands so as to remove wheel. Thereafter, brake disc as well as ABS wheel speed sensor should be removed. It is also important to note that strut-to-knuckle nuts must be loosened after separating Control Arm from steering knuckle via control arm balljoint. In addition, steering knuckle arm must be separated from tie-rod end. Lastly, unfasten the knuckle from strut and through this process take away the knuckle. When installing the knuckle, maneuver it into place before slipping the drive axle into hub. Remember to install strut-to-knuckle bolts and nuts while fastening Ball Joint to knuckle by nut tightened to specified torque value. Attach tie-rod end to steering knuckle arm then screw in nut torque specification by manufacturer for this component assembly job. Besides this fact, exact tightening of strut-to-knuckle bolts must be ensured during this step too. Next on line would be fitting of wheel speed sensor plus harness bracket followed by brake disc and caliper/mounting bracket assembly combination part. Lastly, fit in tire together with eight lug nuts at their respective positions at which time one lower vehicle back down after which the lug nuts along with driveaxle/hub nut are tightened using proper torque specifications. It is also advisable that a front-end alignment check and adjust if needed.
