How do you remove the front and rear control units?

To remove the front control unit, start by taking off the cable from the battery's negative terminal and then remove the instrument panel center trim panel so that you may access the A/C switch mounting bolts. Remove these mounting bolts from the A/C switch assembly, pulling it out of the dash. Use a small screwdriver to disengage clips and detach electrical connectors. To remove rear auxiliary control unit, unscrew back console screws and pull back rear panel, unplug electrical connectors as well as loosen control mounting screws. From the rear roof console pried out side trim panels, removed screws to lower down console. Unplug electrical connectors and release control mounting screws. Installation for both units is backward in relation to removal.
