For front cable on 1990-93 Deville and Fleetwood, it requires raising and safely supporting the vehicle and loosening the adjuster and removing the cable from adjuster and then removing the retaining nut from under body. Lower the vehicle and disconnected the cable from the lever assembly. For rear cables, raising and supporting the vehicle, back the adjuster nut, removing the wheel and brake drum, disconnecting the cable from the brake shoes parking brake lever, and removing the conduit fitting.
