- A:For sealed beam headlights, remove the bezel and bulb retaining ring. Install the new beam, fix the retaining ring, and replace the bezel. For non-sealed beams, open the hood, turn and remove the bulb assembly, disconnect from the harness, and insert a new bulb. Align the tab with the notch and lock by turning the assembly clockwise. To adjust headlights, ensure proper tire inflation, clean lenses, and position the vehicle 25 ft. from a flat wall. Mark the wall with the headlamp center's height and vehicle centerline.
