Remove the front wheel lug nuts but do not take the wheels off completely; lift the front of the vehicle until it is off the ground and secure it with jackstands. Before removing the front wheels, apply the parking brake and turn the rear wheels the right way and block them to prevent rolling off the stands. Third, remove the Sway Bar Kit bracket fasteners by removing the bolt that is used to secure the Sway Bar Kit bracket on the frame; heavy-duty applications may employ a stud and nut which may be loose when you remove the nut, therefore you will have to replace the stud as follows the torque to the frame specifications. Subsequently, unscrew the nuts from the link bolts and then the link bolts and their components and be sure to distinguish the left side and right side parts. After tightening the nut and bolt use the rubber bushings by placing the slit part towards the front of the vehicle for the Sway Bar Kit. Last unto end, installation goes in the reverse order of the removal, then the link bolt threads are checked for residual thread lock material and if so, wiped out and new thread lock if any applied, all fasteners inclusive of wheel lug nuts are tightened to the stipulated torque.
