Q:
How to replace the Fuel Level Sensor? Posted by Customer
A:
Remove the fuel pump module. Place the fuel pump module on a clean workbench surface. Disengage the fuel level sensor connector at the top of the module. Depress the locking tab and slide the fuel level sensor unit from the slots on the module. Depress the locking tab with a pointed tool and slide the sensor unit toward the top of the fuel pump until it's free of its retaining rails. Slide the fuel level sensor unit into place until you hear a click. Pull on it to verify that it is locked into place. The remainder of installation is the reverse of removal.
