    Q:
How do you remove the rear Wheel Hub for Buick Enclave,Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia? Posted by Customer
    A:
To remove the rear wheel, start by loosening the lug nuts. Then, raise the rear of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. Remove the wheel and block the front wheels to prevent the vehicle from rolling off the stands. If you have an AWD model, remove the rear driveaxle/hub nut. Next, remove the brake disc and then detach the hub and bearing assembly from the knuckle by removing the bolts. If you have an AWD model, guide the driveaxle stub shaft out of the hub spines as you do this. If the shaft is stuck, you can use a rubber mallet, brass hammer, or a puller to remove it. To install the rear wheel, simply reverse the removal steps. Tighten the hub and bearing bolts to the specified torque and, for AWD models, tighten the driveaxle/hub nut to the suitable torque. Finally, install the wheel and lug nuts, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts to the specified torque.
