How do I remove a Engine Cooling Fan and Fan Clutch on Cadillac Escalade? Posted by Customer
    A:
To remove a 6.0L V8 engine, start by disconnecting the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. Then, remove the plastic cover over the radiator support and partially drain the cooling system. Next, remove the air filter housing assembly and intake duct. Detach any hoses attached to the upper fan shroud and remove the upper fan shroud. Use a large wrench to remove the fan clutch retaining nut and detach the radiator fan and clutch assembly from the engine. Remove the bolts securing the radiator fan to the fan clutch.
