How to remove and install the grille assembly and cooling fan in a Buick Century and Regal? Posted by Customer

The vehicle's grille assembly is to be removed. The electric harness should be detached from the radiator fan. The front area upper support must also be unfastened. The above the fan bolts are to be removed. Lift and secure vehicle with jackstands. Remove the front area lower bolts. The beneath fan bolts are to be removed. Take out the fan. Installation involves fixing a fan onto car then, tightening bottom bolt of fan to 80 inch pounds (9 NM). Front end lower supports bolts should be attached and then vehicle lowered. Attach remaining bolts on the fan and tighten them to 80 inch pounds (9 NM). Front end upper support bolts should be bolted on. Mount electrical harness for the fan. Put grille back towards the front part of your vehicle.
