Pontiac Grand Prix EGR Valve

The EGR Valve in Pontiac Grand Prix automobiles assisting the flow of exhaust gases back to the combustion chamber that helps in minimizing the Nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission. It reduces the concentration of oxygen by passing a part of the exhaust gas back in to the intake manifold through a device known as the EGR Valve, this reduces inert gases and dilutes the combustion heat thus reducing NOx resulting from the high temperatures.
