Next, take off the insulator and bracket from each side of the Sway Bar Kit, again noting their positions for easier reinstallation, and then remove the Sway Bar Kit itself. For installation, reverse the removal procedure while applying multi-purpose grease to the insulator mounting points on the Sway Bar Kit before installing the insulators and brackets. Ensure the slits in the insulators face the front of the vehicle and that the locator on top of the insulator seats properly on the frame pad. Confirm that the Sway Bar Kit is centered in the brackets before tightening the mounting bolts, and finally, tighten all bolts to the specified torque.
