About GM A/C Compressor
The A/C compressor is the heart of the car's air conditioning system, compressing air coolant and sending it to the cabin air condenser. The liquid refrigerant is converted into gas and circulated into tubes where the heat is released, then circulates the cold air into the car. Like any other part, the GM A/C compressor will eventually wear out, meaning little or no cold air for the interior cabin.
