Remove the upper radiator shroud and radiator, as well as the screws holding the vertical plastic panels and upper insulator brackets. Finally, pull the condenser out of the vehicle. For installation, reverse the removal steps and use new R-134a-compatible o-rings on the refrigerant line fittings. If a new condenser is installed, add 1 oz. of new refrigerant oil. After installation, have the system evacuated, recharged, and leak tested.
