How do you remove and reinstall the front and rear bumper covers on Chevrolet Impala?

The front bumper cover, like most automotive accessories, is designed to be removed and put back on as needed; to achieve this here's how to do it Take off the upper fasteners After doing this, find a suitable ground, lift the vehicle, and place it on suitable jackstands. Then, to perform this procedure, you have to take off the engine splash and the inner fender splash shields. Following that, remove the corner bumper cover retaining fasteners and with the help of a partner pull the bumper cover forward and upward. Again you require to lift the vehicle and support it on jackstands for the repair of rear bumper cover. Remove and loosen the nuts at the rear lower bumper bar, the bottom of the bumper cover, then go to the rear wheel opening and undo the screws to pull apart the liner to reveal the corner mounting bolt. Lift the rear of the bumper cover to gain access to the upper edge of the bumper and care fully unscrew the bolts with the help of screw driver and pull it out with the help of any extra hand tool. Reinstallation is done in the sequence of its removal being done in the reverse order.
