How to remove and install a turbocharger on Chevrolet Cobalt,HHR and Saturn ION?

This process is specifically meant to be used on 2008 and later models that have a factory fitted turbo. First of all, the engine coolant should be drained below the level of the turbocharger. Later, take off the turbocharger and exhaust pipe heat shields. Then, you should remove the turbocharger exhaust pipe and seal.Apart from this, you should also remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe and gaskets with great care not to damage it.Also avoid twisting or kinking of the plastic tube.
