How do you remove and install the wiper motor on Chevrolet Astro?

Remove the wiper arms, then take out the cowl ventilator grille. Next, remove the plastic wiper motor cavity grille by taking out the retainers and lifting the grille out. After that, remove the nut from the wiper motor and disconnect the wiper actuating arms. Unplug the electrical connector, remove the mounting bolts, and lift the wiper motor from the engine compartment. Installation is the reverse of removal.
