- Q: How do you remove and install Window Regulator on Cadillac Fleetwood?A: Here are the steps to attempting to remove and install the front window on the 199D-93 Deville and Fleetwood. Firstly, one should try and take out the door panel and water deflector, then remove the upper retainer and inflexible inner belt sealing strip. Unplug the wiring connector then pull the regulator through the access hole, then remove the rivets to module hold the door, and pull out the module.
