A: Make sure the Headlight Switch is OFF. Remove the front cornering/side marker lamps. Remove the 2 rear headlight assembly nuts. Detach the wiring connectors from the headlight bulbs. Remove the 2 screws through the grille and remove the headlight assembly. Detach the lamp monitor connections from the headlight assembly. If necessary, remove the headlight bulbs. Install the bulbs in the headlight assembly. Connect the lamp monitor connections. Position the headlight assembly and install the 2 screws through the grille. Tighten to 13 inch lbs. (1.5 Nm). Attach the wiring connectors to the headlight bulbs. Install the 2 headlight assembly nuts and tighten to 13 inch lbs. (1.5 Nm). Install the front cornering/side marker lamps. Check the headlight aim. For aiming the headlights, park the vehicle on a level surface facing a wall that is no less than 6 feet (1.8m) high and 12 feet (3.7m) wide. Turn the headlights ON and mark the wall at the center of each light's low beam, then switch on the bright lights and mark the center of each light's high beam. Perform any necessary repairs and adjust the beams to match the marks on the wall. Have the headlight adjustment checked by a reputable repair shop.
