How to disconnect the radiator?

To disconnect the radiator, start by disconnecting the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. If there is a radiator support cover, remove it. Drain the coolant and remove the cooling fans. On models where it would interfere, remove the air filter housing. On early models, remove the left and right torque struts and the airbag sensor from the front radiator brace. Disconnect the transaxle oil cooler lines and engine oil cooler lines, if equipped, from the radiator. Remove the auxiliary transaxle oil cooler, if present. Lift the radiator into position, ensuring it is seated in the mounting pads. To install the radiator, reverse the removal steps, including installing the radiator support, cooling fans, hoses, and lines. Connect the negative battery cable and fill the radiator.
