Remove the mounting nuts holding the brake booster to the firewall and slide the booster straight out from the firewall until the studs clear the holes, then remove it from the engine compartment. For installation, simply reverse the removal steps. If the fluid lines were detached from the master cylinder, it is important to bleed the hydraulic system.
